Platinum Asia Investments Ltd. is proceeding with a proposed restructure that allows shareholders to exchange their shares for units in the Platinum Asia Fund, an active ETF. The implementation of this scheme is now expected in late July 2025, with the company seeking a class ruling to confirm tax implications. The board remains confident that the scheme is in shareholders’ best interests.
