Plata Latina Minerals Corporation has concluded its Annual General Meeting with a strong show of support, as shareholders unanimously approved the appointment of three directors and the reappointment of Davidson & Company LLP as auditors. Additionally, the Share Option Plan received overwhelming approval. The company, now focused on monetizing its position as a clean listed shell, continues to receive royalty payments following the sale of its Naranjillo Property.
