PlasCred Circular Innovations Inc. has announced an agreement with an investor to receive the first tranche of an Equity Facility worth up to CAD$10 million, involving the subscription of over 739,000 shares and the issuance of warrants. The deal, expected to close by August 23, 2024, also includes a series of financial mechanisms designed to secure the investor’s commitment, such as purchase warrants and a commitment fee payable in cash or shares.
