Plantify Foods Inc. has scheduled its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for September 10, 2024, and proposed a share consolidation to meet Nasdaq listing requirements. The consolidation could result in a dramatic reduction in the number of common shares from over 378 million to approximately 378,736. However, this is dependent on shareholder approval and may not proceed if the board decides against it.
