Plantify Foods, Inc. successfully closed a non-brokered private placement, raising approximately $1 million through the issuance of over 5 million units, each consisting of a common share and a warrant. The proceeds will be used for general working capital, while the shareholding of N2Off, Inc. saw a significant decrease from 65% to 27% of the total shares. The securities issued are subject to a four-month hold period, with certain fees and shares issued to associated finders.
