Plantify Foods Inc., a company focusing on nutritious and clean label food options, has announced plans to extend the maturity date of its convertible debentures from August 2024 to August 2025, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. Each debenture can be converted into units consisting of common shares and warrants, with both shares and warrants priced at $0.05.
