Plantify Foods Inc. has compensated two consulting firms, Hike Capital Inc. and Amir Uziel Economic Consultant Ltd., by issuing a total of 4,500,000 common shares, valued at $0.01 each, for services provided between March and May 2024. The shares are subject to a four-month hold period as per TSXV policies and Canadian securities laws. This move aligns with Plantify Foods’ expansion efforts in Europe and North America and their commitment to offering nutritious, Clean Label food products.
