Plantify Foods Inc. has compensated two consulting firms, Hike Capital Inc. and Amir Uziel Economic Consultant Ltd., by issuing a total of 4,500,000 common shares, valued at $0.01 each, for services provided between March and May 2024. The shares are subject to a four-month hold period as per TSXV policies and Canadian securities laws.
