Plantify Foods Inc. has announced the resignation of board member Noam Ftecha, who remains CEO of their subsidiary Peas of Bean. The company has appointed Israel Berenstein and Yehonatan Shachar to new roles within their board committees. Plantify Foods, a Clean Label food innovator, is in the process of determining the future board composition and continues to expand its market presence in Europe and North America.
