Plantify Foods Inc. has initiated liquidation proceedings for its subsidiary, Peas of Bean Ltd., due to financial troubles exacerbated by regional hostilities in northern Israel. All operations at Peas of Bean have ceased, and Plantify Foods is now exploring new business opportunities to replace the subsidiary. Despite the subsidiary’s challenges, Plantify Foods remains in good standing and unaffected by the proceedings.
