PlantFuel Life Inc. has issued a statement regarding unexpected promotional activities involving its stock, which may have contributed to increased trading volumes on the OTCQB marketplace. The company clarified that it had engaged Outside the Box Capital for marketing services but was not aware of, nor did it authorize, the promotional newsletters that were distributed. Furthermore, PlantFuel Life Inc. confirms no involvement from its officers, directors, or major shareholders in the promotion, with the exception of disclosed transactions by a director.
