Plant Veda Foods Ltd., a producer of dairy-alternative products, has issued a bi-weekly update regarding its management cease trade order (MCTO), which was implemented due to delays in filing its annual financial documents. The MCTO, a result of pending valuation reports from an acquisition and additional audit procedures, solely affects the company’s executives and not other shareholders. Plant Veda assures no material changes since its last announcement and is on track to file the required documents by June 29, 2024.
