The management cease trade order (MCTO) imposed affects only the company’s CEO and CFO, not other shareholders, and Plant Veda is working towards filing the required documents by June 29, 2024. The company continues to commit to its mission of promoting a plant-based lifestyle and has not reported any material changes since the default announcement.
