Plant Veda Foods Ltd., a producer of dairy-alternative foods, has announced a delay in filing its annual financial statements and management discussion due to additional procedures needed after acquiring Nora’s Non-Dairy Ltd. The company applied for a management cease trade order to prevent trading by its CEO and CFO, but this won’t affect other shareholders’ ability to trade. They expect to resolve the filing issue by June 29, 2024, after receiving a loan to assist in preparing the necessary documents.
