Plant Veda Foods Ltd., a producer of dairy-alternative products, has received a Management Cease Trade Order from the British Columbia Securities Commission due to a delay in filing its annual financial documents, pending a valuation report related to its acquisition of Nora’s Non-Dairy Ltd. The Company’s CEO and CFO are restricted from trading its securities until the necessary documents are filed, although this order does not impact other shareholders. Plant Veda is actively working to complete and file the required documents while committing to provide bi-weekly updates during the period of the MCTO.
