Planet Based Foods Global Inc (TSE:PBF) has released an update.

Planet Based Foods Global Inc. is set to finalize a non-brokered private placement, aiming to raise $1 million CAD through the sale of shares at $0.10 each. Coenda Investments Holding Corp. will acquire all the shares offered, becoming a new control person with a 49% stake. The capital raised will support general working capital and corporate purposes, without the need for shareholder approval due to the company’s current financial difficulties.
