Planet Based Foods Global Inc., a provider of hemp-based food alternatives, has announced a delay in filing its 2023 annual financial statements due to auditor-related issues, with a new target date set for June 28, 2024. The company has applied for a management cease trade order to avoid a full cease-trade while also actively engaging in discussions for a non-brokered private placement aimed at raising CAD$3 million. In the interim, bi-weekly updates will be provided to comply with regulatory guidelines.
