PJX Resources Inc. has successfully completed a $3.6 million non-brokered private placement, issuing over 13.6 million units to support their mineral exploration endeavors in British Columbia. Notably, Crescat Capital participated with a $250,000 investment. The proceeds will enhance PJX’s working capital and fund expenditures on their properties.
