Pivotree Inc. has successfully concluded its annual and special meeting where shareholders ratified all proposed resolutions, including the appointment of eight directors and approval of BDO Canada LLP as the auditor. Shareholders also endorsed an increase in the board of directors and approved the omnibus equity incentive plan, which will see executive officers awarded stock options and restricted share units, while non-executive officers will receive deferred share units.
