Pioneer Lithium Director Increases Shareholdings

Pioneer Lithium Limited (AU:PLN) has released an update.

Pioneer Lithium Limited has reported a change in Director Robert Martin’s interests, revealing an on-market purchase of 20,000 ordinary shares at a value of $3,205.40. Following the transaction, Martin’s total holdings have increased to 5,947,501 ordinary shares and 5,500,000 unlisted options. There were no disposals reported, and the trade did not occur during a closed period requiring prior written clearance.
