Pioneer Lithium Director Boosts Shareholding

Pioneer Lithium Limited (AU:PLN) has released an update.

Pioneer Lithium Limited has announced that Director Robert Martin has increased his holdings in the company through on-market trades, acquiring a total of 20,000 additional ordinary fully paid shares. The transactions, valued at a combined total of $3,525.27, were executed on August 7 and 8, 2024, and did not involve any disposal of securities. Post-trade, Martin’s interest in Pioneer Lithium includes over 5.9 million shares and 5.5 million unlisted options.
