Pioneer Lithium Director Boosts Share Ownership

Pioneer Lithium Limited (AU:PLN) has released an update.

Pioneer Lithium Limited has disclosed that Director Robert Martin increased his holdings in the company through an on-market trade, purchasing 20,000 ordinary shares at a total value of $3,600. Following the transaction, Martin now owns 6,007,501 ordinary shares alongside 5,500,000 unlisted options. The change in director’s interest has been reported in compliance with ASX listing rules and the Corporations Act.
