Andrew Chambers, a director of Pinnacle Investment Management Group Limited, has altered his stake in the company, selling 1,150,000 ordinary shares on the market on May 28 and 29, 2024. After the disposal, executed in two tranches for a total consideration of approximately $15 million, Chambers’ holdings in the firm have decreased to 4,253,614 ordinary shares. This change in director’s interest has been officially reported to the ASX as per regulatory requirements.
