Pinnacle Divests Uranium Rights to Concentrate on Rare Earths

Adavale Resources Limited (AU:ADD) has released an update.

Pinnacle Minerals Ltd has inked a deal with Adavale Resources to sell its uranium rights for $20,000, 10 million ADD shares, and 5 million ADD options, sharpening its focus on its rare earth elements strategy. The company anticipates the release of assay and leach test results from historic core samples within the quarter, which will shed light on the potential for rare earth mineralization in its Narlaby Paleochannel project.
