Pineapple Power Corporation PLC, focused on the clean and renewable energy sector, is in the process of acquiring Ilios Hydrogen Canada Limited, aiming to expand its hydrogen production portfolio. While the acquisition is not yet finalized, the company has proposed the appointment of industry experts Dr. Graham Cooley, Dr. Peter Williams, and Barry Cunliffe to its board, contingent on successful financing and completion of the transaction. These appointments are expected to bring valuable experience to Pineapple Power as it navigates the burgeoning hydrogen market.
