Pine Technology Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. An Juan as a new executive Director, starting from 27 June 2024. With a background in Educational Psychology and over 20 years of management experience, Ms. An brings her expertise to the company which includes a previous role as the director of a subsidiary. She is contracted for two years and will earn an annual director’s fee of HK$60,000, subject to the company’s standard review and re-election processes.
