Pine Technology Holdings Limited has announced a change in its Hong Kong branch share registrar and transfer office to Tricor Investor Services Limited, effective January 1, 2025. This move requires shareholders to lodge applications for share transfers with the new registrar from the start of the new year. Shareholders are advised to collect any pending share certificates from Tricor starting January 2, 2025.
