Pilot Corporation has reported the acquisition of 129,700 of its own common shares, spending a total of 568,132,000 yen, as part of a stock buyback program. The buyback took place between June 1 and June 30, 2024, via the Tokyo Stock Exchange, following a Board of Directors resolution on May 10, 2024, which allows for the purchase of up to 1,000,000 shares.
