Pilbara Minerals Limited has announced a proposed issuance of securities, with a plan to release a maximum of 202,577,862 ordinary fully paid shares under the ASX code PLS. The anticipated issue date for these new shares is set for December 6, 2024. This move is intended to be executed in accordance with the ASX Listing Rules, subject to necessary approvals and conditions outlined in the ASX Appendix 3B.
