Pilbara Minerals Director Increases Shareholdings

Pilbara Minerals Limited (AU:PLS) has released an update.

Pilbara Minerals Limited has announced a change in Director Dale Robert Henderson’s interest in the company, with a significant acquisition of 187,014 ordinary shares and the conversion of vested performance rights and options into shares. Henderson’s direct holdings have increased to 1,594,687 ordinary shares after the exercise of options and performance rights as part of the company’s Employee Award Plan. These transactions reflect changes to Henderson’s vested interests under the FY2022 Long Term Incentive Scheme.
