Piedmont Lithium has announced the retirement of Patrick Brindle, its Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, effective December 31, 2024. Mr. Brindle will assist with the transition of his duties and receive separation payments and benefits, including a lump sum COBRA payment and potential additional compensation if a merger with Sayona Mining is completed. His equity awards will vest fully as part of the separation agreement.
