Picton Property Income Limited has announced that Lena Wilson will resign as Chair and Non-Executive Director, effective January 31, 2025, due to her new role as Chair of First Group plc. The company is now seeking a successor, with Senior Independent Director Mark Batten overseeing the transition. CEO Michael Morris expressed gratitude for Wilson’s contributions and wished her success in her future endeavors.
