Stephen King, the Chair and CEO of PHSC plc, a prominent health, safety, and environmental consultancy, has announced his resignation effective 12 January 2025 to pursue other interests. King, a co-founder of PHSC, has been instrumental in the company’s growth since 1990. The company is actively seeking a new CEO, while Lorraine Young steps in as the non-executive Chair immediately.
