PHP Shareholders Approve All AGM Resolutions

Primary Health Properties plc R.E.I.T (GB:PHP) has released an update.

At Primary Health Properties PLC’s Annual General Meeting, shareholders approved all resolutions including the adoption of the company’s reports, director re-elections, and financial policies. Overwhelming support was shown for the company’s dividend policy and the reappointment of Deloitte LLP as auditors. The resolutions, which included several special resolutions, will be accessible on the National Storage Mechanism website.
