PHP Non-exec Chair Transfers Shares

Primary Health Properties plc R.E.I.T (GB:PHP) has released an update.

Primary Health Properties PLC, a dedicated healthcare facilities investor, has disclosed that their Non-executive Chair, Harry Hyman, has transferred 74,890 ordinary shares into his SIPP at a total value of £63,310.70. The transaction was conducted on the London Stock Exchange and is an initial notification as per the Market Abuse Regulation.
