Primary Health Properties PLC (PHP) has announced a third quarterly interim dividend for 2024 set at 1.725 pence per share, payable on August 16, with an option for shareholders to reinvest dividends through a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP). The dividend comprises a mix of Property Income Distribution and an ordinary dividend, with a cutoff date for shareholder eligibility on July 5, 2024. Shareholders interested in participating in the DRIP must submit their election by July 26, 2024.
