Burr, a key executive, on paid administrative leave amidst an ongoing internal review concerning certain company transactions. The responsibilities of Ms. Burr, who serves as the Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel, and Secretary, will be temporarily handled by other personnel and external legal advisors during the investigation.
