Pharos Energy (GB:PHAR) has released an update.
Pharos Energy PLC has reported the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 93,637 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 24.90 pence per share, as part of an ongoing share buyback program. Following the transaction, the total number of shares in issue stands at 425,513,231, with 9,122,268 held in treasury. This move is part of a series of buybacks since July 2022, totaling 26,832,196 shares at a cost of over £6.3 million, excluding additional expenses.
