Pharos Energy PLC has announced the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 44,187 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 25.7 pence per share on September 10, 2024, as part of its ongoing share buyback program. The company’s total shares in issue post-cancellation stand at 424,883,655, with 9,122,268 held in treasury. This move is a continuation of Pharos Energy’s strategy to return value to shareholders, with a total of 27,461,772 shares bought back since July 2022.
