Pharos Energy ( (GB:PHAR) ) has issued an update.

Pharos Energy reported 2025 working interest production of 5,398 boepd, maintaining guidance with strong safety performance and key operational progress in Vietnam and Egypt. The company advanced a six-well drilling campaign on Vietnam’s TGT and CNV fields, secured a two-year extension for exploration Blocks 125 & 126, and obtained Egyptian approval to consolidate concessions with improved fiscal terms and 20-year lease extensions.

Financially, group revenue fell to $114.6m and the company posted a $6.6m loss, but operating cash flow rose slightly, cash operating costs remained competitive, and net cash more than doubled to $40.2m, leaving the Group debt free. A stronger balance sheet underpinned $6.5m in dividends in 2025 and a proposed final 2025 dividend of $5.2m, while 2026 guidance points to higher production, a $50m capex programme, modest hedging, and continued focus on drilling, farm-out efforts in Vietnam, and execution of the consolidated concession in Egypt.
