Pharos Energy (GB:PHAR) has released an update.
Pharos Energy PLC has actively continued its share buyback program by purchasing and subsequently cancelling 37,102 ordinary shares at a price of 24.8091 pence per share, as part of their ongoing efforts to enhance shareholder value. Following this transaction, Pharos now has over 415 million shares in issue. This purchase is a part of a larger buyback strategy that started in July 2022, reaching a total expenditure of approximately £6.53 million for share cancellation.
