Pharos Energy PLC has continued its share buyback program by purchasing 38,914 of its own ordinary shares, all of which will be cancelled, at a price of 24.9350 pence per share. This latest transaction is part of a larger buyback initiative that began in July 2022, amounting to a total of 27,542,250 shares bought back for nearly £6.5 million. Following the cancellation, the total number of shares in issue stands at 424,803,177, with the treasury holding 9,122,268 shares.
