Pharos Energy (GB:PHAR) has released an update.
Pharos Energy has announced the continuation of its share buyback program, purchasing 41,564 of its own shares at a price of 25 pence per share on September 11, 2024, which will subsequently be cancelled. Following this transaction, the company’s issued share capital consists of 424,842,091 Ordinary Shares, with the exclusion of 9,122,268 shares held in treasury. This buyback is part of a larger ongoing program that has seen Pharos Energy acquire over 27.5 million shares to date, investing a total of approximately £6.49 million.
