Pharos Energy (GB:PHAR) has released an update.
Pharos Energy plc has continued its share buyback program, purchasing 83,391 of its Ordinary Shares at an average price of 26.2850 pence per share, which will be subsequently cancelled. Following this buyback, the company’s issued share capital consists of 425,128,944 Ordinary Shares, with 416,006,676 shares as the denominator for shareholder notifications. The program, initiated on 20 July 2022, has now accumulated a total of 27,216,483 shares bought back for cancellation, amounting to over £6.4 million (excluding additional costs).
