Pharos Energy (GB:PHAR) has released an update.
Pharos Energy PLC has actively continued its share buyback program, purchasing and cancelling 83,615 Ordinary Shares at a uniform price of 25.7960 pence per share on 30 August 2024. This latest transaction is part of a larger initiative that has seen the company buy back over 27 million shares at a cost of around £6.4 million since July 2022. Following the buyback, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue stands at 425,212,335, with 9,122,268 held in treasury.
