Pharos Energy plc has continued its share buyback program by purchasing 86,978 ordinary shares at a uniform price of 26.588 pence per share for cancellation on August 28, 2024. Following this transaction, the company’s issued share capital consists of 425,295,950 ordinary shares, with 9,122,268 held in treasury. This latest buyback is part of a larger program that has acquired over 27 million shares since July 2022 at a cost of approximately £6.37 million.
