Pharos Energy PLC has continued its share buyback programme by purchasing 75,109 Ordinary Shares at a uniform price of 25 pence per share on September 5, 2024, which will be subsequently cancelled. This brings the total number of shares bought back since July 2022 to 27,372,948 at a total cost of over £6.4 million. Following the recent cancellation, the company’s issued share capital consists of 424,972,479 shares, with 9,122,268 held in treasury.
