Pharmesis International Ltd. has announced the appointment of Ms Li Li Jie as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective from 31 May 2024. She will also serve on the Audit, Nominating, and Remuneration Committees of the firm. This addition comes as part of a reshuffling that affects the composition of the Board and its Committees, aimed at enhancing the company’s governance and oversight.
