Pharmacorp Rx Inc. has announced the acquisition of a fully-owned pharmacy in Atlantic Canada, with the deal comprising a mix of cash and stock valued at $15.38 million. The purchase, which includes land and buildings, is set to close on October 1, 2024, and follows PharmaCorp’s recent strategic acquisitions in partnership with PharmaChoice Canada.
