PGS ASA (GB:0MHR) has released an update.
PGS ASA and TGS ASA are expected to complete their merger on July 1, 2024, establishing a leading energy data company. Shareholders of PGS will receive 0.06829 shares of TGS and NOK 0.20419 in cash for each PGS share held. Trading of the combined entity will commence on the Oslo Stock Exchange from July 2, 2024.
