Partners Group Private Equity Limited (PGPE Ltd), previously known as Princess Private Equity Holding, has announced the successful sale of Techem, a leading provider of digital solutions for energy efficiency in buildings. The deal, which involves the company’s 6th largest portfolio holding at around 4% NAV, values Techem at EUR 6.7 billion and marks significant growth in the company’s revenue and EBITDA since its acquisition in 2018. Techem, with its strong environmental impact through energy management services, has over 428,000 customers and is pivotal for global real estate decarbonization efforts.
